STOLEN: 1917 ROVER MOTORCYCLE, PLEASE HELP!

The registration number was not on the motorcycle, so if the thief wants to use it on the road, its year/model would have to authenticated normally by a club or expert to obtain an age related registration number. The details would then be sent to the DVLA, or one of their offices. The frame number could have been changed.
